The training course dedicated to the wine industry promoted by the Asolo Prosecco Consortium continues

The second technical meeting of the Asolo Prosecco Consortium was held on 25 January at its headquarters in the Hangar Room of La Fornace in Asolo. The meeting was aimed in particular at winemakers and was open to the public. The evening was led by Mattia Bernardi, representative of the Agricultural Commission of the Asolo Prosecco Consortium. Vally Forte from the CREA Research Centre for Viticulture and Oenology spoke about Scaphoideus titanus and the related defence against the insect, while Angelo Pizzolato and Luana Marcon from Extenda Vitis presented fertility data for 2023.

The event was well attended and the Consortium will announce any further updates.
